Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Job Highlights: The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting the department's overall objectives in promoting the Company and its services, and ensuring effective communication strategies within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement communication plans and strategies.
  • Assist in managing internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media, and website content.
  • Support the development and execution of corporate communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist in crisis communication management and handling media inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance communication strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication / marketing / digital marketing / a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in corporate communication or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native in Cantonese, fluent in English n Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Adaptive & ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-disciplined, positive attitude with a growth mind-set. 
  • Experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging digital marketing channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall communication objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in digital marketing to ensure the department remains innovative and competitive.
