Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Tenant Management)
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to join our Facilities Management team at our state‑of‑the‑art Innovation and Technology Park. The successful candidate will support the Lead, Facilities Management, in planning, coordinating, and overseeing tenant services. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and maintain a safe, sustainable, and innovation‑ready campus environment that empowers collaboration and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day delivery of soft services, including security, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and customer services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards
- Support planning and operational arrangements for tenant events, including on‑site coordination and issue resolution
- Oversee the tenant fit‑out process and related support services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines
- Review operational workflows, service standards, and manpower deployment; drive continuous improvement, performance benchmarking and re‑engineering for service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain Site Operation Procedures, SLAs, emergency procedures, and performance assessment mechanisms
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyse results, and support follow‑up improvement actions (advantageous)
- Promote sustainability initiatives among tenants, such as energy conservation, waste reduction and green practices
- Gather market insights and industry information to keep abreast of best practices and emerging trends
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- Professional certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, PMP Tier 1) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a technology‑driven, campus‑style, or innovation‑oriented environment
- Strong team player with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders and providing proactive tenant support
- Proficient in facility management systems, software tools, and general PC applications
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Work Location: Lok Ma Chau Office (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
