Assistant Manager, HR & Corporate Services (HRBP)
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Job Purpose:
Reporting to Manager, HR & Corporate Services, this newly created role will drive full-cycle talent acquisition, partner with business units to align HR strategies with corporate goals in collaboration with C&B and talent management functions and lead various HR optimization initiatives to support HSITP’s rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition from strategic sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing gaps, define candidate profiles, and ensure an elite candidate experience and quality of hire
- Manage the offboarding lifecycle to ensure seamless transitions and gather constructive feedback
- Design and maintain data analytics dashboards and implement AI tools to automate workflows and optimize HR reporting
- Drive the continuous enhancement of the internal Staff Portal—focusing on user experience, workflow automation, and digital communication tools to streamline operations.
- Lead ad-hoc HR projects, cross-functional assignments, engagement activities and support organizational development initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources, preferably gained from a sizable organization, with a focus on HR Data Analytics, and Talent Acquisition
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment regulatory
- Agile, resilient and collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving innovation and technology ecosystem
- Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, or AI tools to build people analytics capabilities is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications; Good working knowledge of Career Webpage Design and Staff Portal is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
- Work at Lok Ma Chau Office (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
