Assistant Manager, Learning & Development

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven L&D professional to join our Talent Management & Development (TM&D) Team.

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the team lead to shape and deliver impactful staff learning and development initiatives across the company.  This is a unique opportunity to co-create programmes, and strengthen company culture in a dynamic innovation and technology environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Develop and deliver engaging in-house learning programmes, including new hire orientation, compliance training, and soft skills workshops
  • Take ownership of the core mandatory curriculum and assigned projects related to staff and organization development.  (e.g. Hetao initiatives)
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback and data to drive continuous improvement

 

Learning Experience & Data Analytics

  • Oversee LMS, track, analyze training data.  Manage the learning platform to optimize and promote learning culture across the organization
  • Track participation and generate insights to improve learning engagement

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of corporate Learning & Development experience
  • Hands-on experience in course design and facilitation
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management skills and strong learning agility
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Canva, and other design tools is a plus
  • Frequent Travel or Permanent Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
