Associate Director, Corporate Communications (Brand Communications)
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Job Purpose
The Associate Director, Corporate Communications (Brand Communications) will lead the development and execution of integrated brand communication and content strategies that strengthen brand awareness, enhance reputation, and support enterprise-wide communication objectives. This role will provide strategic direction across campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and high-profile corporate events to ensure consistent, impactful, and audience-focused communications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate-level event management, including the design and delivery of high-stakes summits, town halls, and executive events that reinforce brand authority and align with enterprise-wide communication goals
- Develop and execute brand communication and content strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen reputation, and support overall business priorities
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns that drive engagement, reinforce brand positioning, and build brand loyalty
- Monitor, assess, and analyze brand communication performance and campaign outcomes, using insights to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and organizational priorities
- Provide strategic oversight for corporate messaging, content development, and audience engagement across platforms
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of voice, quality of output, and alignment with strategic direction
- Identify communication opportunities, emerging issues, and performance gaps, and recommend actions to strengthen brand impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in brand communications, content strategy, corporate communications, campaign management, or related fields, with leadership experience
- Experience in leading corporate-level communication programmes or enterprise-wide brand initiatives
- Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of reputation building, audience engagement, and performance-driven communication
- Strong experience in event/campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and high-profile event governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Highly resilient to changes & challenges
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, guide teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent Travel or Permanent Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
