HR Assistant (Part-Time)
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Part-time HR Assistant to support our Talent Management & Development (TM&D) Team. This role is ideal for university students passionate about talent development and organizational culture, offering hands-on experience in HR functions, event coordination, and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
Event Promotion & Logistics
- Support internal promotion of TM&D initiatives via posters, emails, and digital content
- Assist with logistics planning for leadership programs, company visits, learning workshops, and case-sharing events
Learning Solution Development and Support
- Conduct research and assist in developing learning materials and content
- Support learning event logistics, record outcomes, collect feedback, and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate students (HRM, Psychology, Media & Communications, Business, or related disciplines preferred)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) is an advantage
- Available to work at least 2 days per week
