Intern, Project Development
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research and analysis of the HSITP construction blueprints and development outlines
- Support professional teams within the Project Development Division on daily operations and technical tasks
- Support the development and documentation of optimized processes and templates
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather feedback
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Engineering or Building Services, Project Management or related disciplines
- Internship or previous working experience in any Engineering role is a plus
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail-minded and well-organized, Energetic, flexible and good problem-solving ability
- Work Location: Lok Ma Chau Office (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
- Internship period: June – September 2026 (tentative 12 weeks)
