Manager, Corporate Communications (Brand Communications)

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Job Purpose

The Manager, Corporate Communications (Brand Communications) will support the development of high-quality, strategic, and engaging content that strengthens the organization’s brand positioning, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This role will contribute to content management, industry research, copywriting, and support for corporate events to ensure consistent and impactful communications across internal and external channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and maintain the central repository of industry knowledge by drafting high-value content, including corporate presentations, storytelling materials, and other communication assets to support divisional and corporate thought leadership and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct research and data collection, consolidate market intelligence into meaningful reports, analyze data, and track industry trends to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with market developments
  • Develop clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate content in English and Chinese, including scripts and messaging materials, to support a wide range of communication needs and enhance engagement across multiple audiences
  • Support the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events by coordinating with relevant divisions, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery and professional event execution
  • Support brand communication initiatives across corporate, divisional, and stakeholder-facing platforms
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication objectives
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, manage timelines, and deliver communications materials on schedule
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance content quality and audience engagement

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Administration, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand communications, content development, corporate communications, or related fields
  • Experience in research, content strategy, and preparing executive-level presentation materials
  • Proven ability to support or manage corporate events and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese
  • Highly adaptive, resilient to challenging & high-pressure environments is a must
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Frequent Travel or Permanent Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
