Manager, IT Infrastructure
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Responsibilities:
- To responsible for developing and implementing IT infrastructure aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, also involves assessing current infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and planning overall IT infrastructure enhancements
- Manage vendors to deliver infrastructure projects to highest standards, include solution evaluation, POC / POV, implementation, service level agreement, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and subsequent maintenance support
- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure include but are not limited to networks, servers, storages and systems, ensure IT infrastructure is reliable, secure and optimized to meet business requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, inventory and SOP, prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance
- Ensure all infrastructure systems comply with security policies through regular audits and assessments and implement incident response plans with mitigation strategies for security breaches with IT security team (E.g. SRAA, Vulnerability, )
- Ensure infrastructure comply with relevant security standards and regulations, assist to implement appropriate security measures and regular audits and risk assessment on infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with solid track record of successful delivery of IT Infrastructure in project & vendor management role
- Solid experience on Microsoft AD and AAD, M365, Email Security, Network, Server & Storage
- Solid experience on managing and provisioning large-scale infrastructure, including DR drill, performance monitoring, capacity planning, backup & restore and etc.
- Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud and etc.
- Familiarity with EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM is a plus
- Prior working experience in sizable public organizations or quasi-government organizations is a plus
- Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
