Manager, IT Infrastructure

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and operation of IT infrastructure to support the organization’s business and strategic objectives
  • Lead part of the infrastructure support team in delivering daily operations, system maintenance, and service improvement initiatives to ensure stable and secure IT services
  • Lead or support selected infrastructure enhancement and modernization projects for both the corporate office and the Innovation & Technology Park, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards
  • Support infrastructure assessment, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives; identify improvement areas and propose feasible technical solutions
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors in delivering infrastructure projects, including solution evaluation, proof of concept (POC/POV), implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production rollout, and support transition
  • Manage or support the design, configuration, and day-to-day operation of key IT infrastructure components — networks, servers, storage, and hybrid cloud systems — ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Maintain updated infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, configuration baselines, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, prepare regular health and capacity reports, and recommend optimization actions
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards in collaboration with the IT Security Team
  • Support incident response actions, applying mitigation measures for security vulnerabilities and risks where necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, implementation, or operations
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure components (network, server, and storage)
  • Exposure to leading or coordinating infrastructure projects, particularly in corporate or campus-scale environments
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Familiarity with security technologies such as EDR, DLP is an advantage
  • Experience in vendor coordination and infrastructure project delivery within a sizable organization or public/quasi-government setup is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
