Manager, Leasing (Client Development)

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

The HSITP is being rapidly developed, with the first three buildings in the Hong Kong area of the Loop nearing completion and set to officially commence operations this year. Additionally, the construction of five more buildings is well underway, with completion expected to begin in 2027. To fully leverage this world-class innovation hub, we are building a dedicated and ambitious business development team to attract and cultivate global clients for the Park.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationship with key decision-makers of potential clients; Develop and present value-driven proposals tailored to identify customer needs and take strategic actions to secure deals
  • Drive the creation of a robust new business pipeline by engaging with regional and global customers
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within untapped accounts
  • Conduct comprehensive internal and external research to understand customer requirements and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate solution options and deliver compelling proposals to customer decision-makers

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Pharmacology or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a focus on new business engagement within global or regional multinational corporations (MNCs)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong sales-driven mindset and expertise in consultative selling techniques
  • Outgoing, proactive, and adept at building relationships, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
