Senior Manager, Corporate Communications (Brand Communications)

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Corporate Digital Communication Initiatives: Drive impactful messaging and engagement across multiple platforms while fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee corporate and social media platforms, from strategy to media posts management  
  • Foster trusted relationships with key partners, including Government Bureau & departments, media representatives, and business partners
  • Build strong relationships internally to generate compelling stories and angles for marketing communication initiatives, leveraging expertise knowledge to enhance brand exposure
  • Work closely with external and internal partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all brand communications materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, brand communications, or related fields
  • Solid experience in local and mainland writ-ups and presentation preparation for senior executives or government officials, demonstrating one capacity to communicate complex messages clearly and persuasively
  • Possess large scale event management experience, including organizing large-scale events such as groundbreaking and opening ceremonies, highlighting your ability to execute successful and memorable events
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Cantonese and Putonghua, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholder while meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders & divisions
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, possess can-do attitude and high resilience is a must
  • Work experience in government / related departments is a strong plus
  • Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service will be available)
