Senior Manager, Finance
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Associate Director, Finance, perform the role of leading financial analyst for the Company and ensure the relevant insightful analysis and control to be in place in the areas of budgetary control and long-term forecast
- Monitor the cash flow position of the Company and ensure its timeliness and sufficiency in meeting the settlement needs of OPEX and CAPEX of the Company
- Act as the major business partner representing Finance function to support other divisions in delivering outcomes adhere to policies, standards, and procedures for financial and internal control of the Company
- Act as the leading representative of Finance team to execute the projects of IT applications in which finance functions are needed to be provided
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute
- Perform and support ad-hoc tasks or assignments assigned by Associate Director, Finance
