Senior / Manager, Land & Business Development
Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategy to secure interest and engagement from potential stakeholders and partners for Batch 2 and 3 of HSITP project
- Identify, lobby and facilitate communication with market players to understand the unique needs, propose tailored solutions and drive actions
- Administer and deliver the EOI and the tender process for Batch 2 and 3
- Conduct research and analysis based on EOI and formulate land development plan and land lease tenders
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the benefits and opportunities associated with the project
- Prepare and review relevant land lease tenders, investment promotion material, transaction agreements, etc. and assist in due diligence process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants on coordination and execution of Batch 2 and 3
- Coordinate submissions to the government for application of land development approvals
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in leading role in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation
- Good experience in real estate development management, financial and business analysis and property appraisals
- Knowledge of government approval processes, policies, procedures and regulations related to land development and submissions is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Land & Business Development
