Senior Manager, Land Development and Administration

Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITP”, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, is engaged in the planning, building, management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park at the Lok Ma Chau Loop (“the Loop”).
 
With a site area of 87 hectares, the Loop will be a hub for vigorous technology R&D and collaboration among top-notch international R&D institutions, technology enterprises and talent. The Loop will provide necessary infrastructure, facilities and service support for the innovation and technology (I&T) community; with associated higher education, cultural and creative and other complementary facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Expression of Interest “EOI” process, including inviting, responding to inquiries and providing information to interested parties
  • Conduct research and analysis based on EOIs and formulate land development plan for Senior Management’s consideration
  • Prepare and review relevant land lease tenders, investment promotion material, transaction agreements, etc. and assist in due diligence process
  • Coordinate with internal departments and consultants to review concept plans and master layout plans, etc.
  • Prepare submissions to the government for application of land development approvals
  • Provide professional land administration advice and coordinate with internal departments on land-related matters

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in leading role in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation 
  • Proven expertise in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis and financial modeling
  • Sound knowledge of government approval processes, policies, procedures and regulations related to land development and submissions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
